How do I travel from the cruise ship port in Naples to the Naples central train station?

Other than taking a taxi. What are safe streets to walk?

It's too far to walk, especially with a lot of luggage. Taxi is the only reasonable way. It should only be about 10 minutes by taxi (depending on Neapolitan traffic of course).

you get off the boat and mosey on over to the train station. if it's a tourist place, i'm sure it will be safe

I was in Naples port from cruise ship,and I think the better way to go in train station is on the taxi,the cost is around 15 euros also if you are 5 person,then depend were you mast go ?if you go in Sorrento o other town is better if you contact a private driver ,can I recommender Giuseppe he is from Sorrento and he make a good service see the web www.sorrentocoastdrivers.com

i am neapolitan. you can take a bus calle "alibus" from the port "beverello". this bus stops at the train station and at the airport
