How do I treat a bruised palm?

Put on a splint and ice it daily for no more than 15 minutes, and try and keep it above your heart to help the pain.

wrap it up and don't bend or squeeze or pick anything up!

You can add some ice to it to ease the pain, but there really isn't much you can do but let it run its course.  Try not to use it or hit anything with it as it will become aggravated.  Time will heal it.
