How do I treat my Dry Socket inbetween dental visits?

I had my dry socket packed yesterday with the green wadding. Great pain relief for two hours. This morning it has come out. Next dentist appointment is tomorrow morning. Do I salt wash now? Also, will my dentist put in a local anaesthetic before cleaning and repacking again tomorrow, as the pain yesterday was horrendous. Thanks

If you smoke..don`t

Gently rinse with warm salted water

I had a dry socket and I know what the pain is like your going thru I really do feel for you, I had a tooth out and I used warm salty water and no sooner I took a mouthful of the water I was in tears.

I ended going back to the dentist and I was crying in the waiting room with the pain.
