How do I tune a guitar half a step down?

I want to know how to do this for a song i play, but I can't really remember..I even have a tuner, a Korg Chromatic tuner CA-30 but i'm still unsure...I'd like to use the tuner, but by hand is ok..i guess...i tried putting a capo on the first fret, tuning it to standard, then taking it off, but it definitely doesn't sound right.

Just tune each string to it's flat (Eb, Bb, Gb, Db, Ab, Eb)...I don't have a tuner (I just use a keyboard so I'm really too sure how to help)...sorry.
