There aren't any even numbered stations! FM has a bandwidth separation lenght and you would not be able to fit additional stations in between.

You might have someone playing a trick on you if they are telling you a even numbered station.

First you need to unplug the bose and dispose of properly. Then buy some real speakers and a good receiver.  Bose is all advertising and no quality.  BOSE = BUY OTHER SOUND EQUIPMENT.  I know I could have found better sound for $2000.
