How do I turn back time?

I know this question has been asked before. But there wasn't really a resolved answer. Could anyone tell me how I can achieve this through magick. I am prepared to invest years into this spell. Thank you.

If it was it would have to do with the rotation of the

Earth because thats what makes time pass by.
