  5. American Express sells all currencies. I do not know the current fees that apply. You might want to go to their office.

    Good Luck!

  6. It's best to try and get gold or silver for it because this has an international standard that cannot be subsituted for anything else. Paper has no value except for what you believe it has.

  7. + Find a friend or personal contact from Zimbabwe who is in need of an U.S. dollar.

    - Short of that, you may want to contact the Zimbabwean Reserve bank: rbzmail@rbz.co.zw

+ The local currency exchange will most likely not carry the Zimbabwean dollar (Z$) as it is experiencing hyper-inflation and is almost worthless at this point in time (July, 2008)

+ COST: the official exchange rate as of the 17th of July, 2008 is Z$25,389,017,580 per U.S. dollar

+ They're selling it on ebay; but looking at the going rates, it'll cost you a little more though

  8. Have you considered traveler's checks?  If not, there are usually currency conversion establishments who will change your money for a small fee.

  9. Just call around to local banks.  If you're in a decent sized metropolitan area, one of them should have it.  They all, at a minimum, have Euros and other major currencies.  Also, you could check at an airport.

    Last resort, check craigslist, lol.

  10. don't know

  11. Dont Know

  12. Get out while you can my brother!

  13. Your local mall WOULD have one. I live in Florida and in the center of the mall there is a "currency exchange" that has different rates and the values of the different currency you can exchange with. *Florida Mall in Orlando*

If you live in New York, "GRAND CENTRAL STATION" has a currency exchange right behind the center ticketing that you see in movies.

I think, however, there are some banks that have "currency exchange" as well. I would pull out the local yellow pages or google "currency exchange" on google w/your city to find locations. It won't be that hard.

Hope this helps! The other girl who responded doesn't know what the h**l she's talking about.

  14. Exchange it for a watermelon.

  15. make a wish

  16. AAA might do it, and there is always a fee to exchange cash like that. usually some % of the amount you want changed. a lot of places won't change less than $100 and they don't change currency for small countries. it's intended for people who travel and need the cash for spending rather than for fun.

it would probably be easies to buy the currency on ebay or something, the next easiest thing would be to travel there or nearby.

  17. Go to the Bureau de Change at your local bank, and they should be able to do it for you.

The currency might not be available straight away though, and you might have to wait a couple of days after you order it.

  18. You might as well thow it away, because inflation in there is so bad they are having trouble measuring it.  The Zambique dollar is worthless.
