How do I turn off record on the Comcast TV cable box?

By accdent I turned on record, and now I cant change the channels, and it has been like this for 2 days now. Help??!!

try changing the channel, they might ask you if you want to stop recording

go to where you would go to watch the dvr...the show recording should be there, select it and you should have a "stop recording" option

maybe unplug the box for about 20 seconds
