  1. Go to your group calendar and click on Events List tab.  Locate the event. Put a checkmark in the blank square to the left of that event.  Then Click on the Delete button located on left side of the list of events.

If you do not find the event on calendar, go to Files.  Locate the file and click Edit on the far right side.  Underneath Auto-send To Members, remove checkmark in front of option.

Click Save Changes at bottom of page.

  2. Go into the yahoo group you want to affect. Towards the top of the page under the 'Yahoo' logo should see your screen name - your email - group member - edit membership. Click 'edit membership'. Go to 'step 2 - Message Deliver' and you have a few options. The one you are looking for is called "Web Only" and it will stop emailing you messages.

  3. you need to determine where it's coming from, the files more than likely. the title of it will make it easier to locate as well. you may have to look through the file folders and search for it. if this is where it is, you may be able to delete or at least shut off it going out by unchecking the send out option-

it also may be a calendar event- events are often blue and black text and much different looking than a file. which if you click on calendar, the month tab- the title of it should list on the yearly date it goes out. you may also be able to delete it if it's located here
