How do I turn off the timed auto-off feature on my Sony CCD-TRV608? 15 Points to the answer that works!! :-)?

I want to turn off the feature that turns off my camcorder after it thinks i've gone five minutes without using it. How do I do this? Can't find it in the book.... Fifteen Points to the best answer I choose! :-) HELLPP!!

it cant be done, you have to press the record button 2x  before the 5 minutes is up, then it resets the counter again.

hit it with a remote 2x or press the red button 2x quickly

You can't find it in the manual because there is not such feature. It does this to save electricity and keep the electronics from burning out from old age. It does not care that you do not want it to turn off. This is one of the main reasons it is not a good idea to try use camcorders as a web-cam. Just get a web cam and you won't have to worry about it.
