How do I turn on my computer?

If you are using a computer at the moment -even surfing on the internet. Why would i think you don't know how to turn on one?

plug the cpu (central processing unit) power cord and the monitor power cord to an outlet... check that you have the right voltage.

click the power button of your cpu, (click also the power button of the monitor if needed)

then wait for it to load..

even i couldn't Just switch off / unplug the power.

Take the power cord and plug it into the power port at the back of your monitor (See your instructions for details) and plug it into a wall outlet.

Next step,

Take the blue cord which is the VGA cable, If it already comes from the back of the monitor plug it in to the port which has a logo of something like this: (( [] )) and if that doesn't work plug it in the other blue port which is the graphics card

If the blue cable isn't hanging out of the monitor take the blue cable supplied and connect it both to the monitor and the computer.

Then hook your keyboard and mouse up they usually go in the green and purple ports, they are the PS/2 ports. If the connection doesn't look correct then try using the usb ports which look like a small rectangle.

Then take the power cord for your computer and plug it in the the port with 3 pins and then into the wall outlet then push the (|) button on the front and you should hear some fans blowing out

You have now turned on your computer!

Is there a problem and it won't turn on or is it straight out of the box? also, what kind of computer is it? laptop or desktop? also, what brand is it? different companies put it on different spots.

First, tell it you think it is the prettiest computer you have ever had. Then rub the case with a soft cloth. That should turn it on :P
