How do I turn on streaming quotes on my Stocks page?

If I go to Yahoo! Finance I have a box near the top where I can enter a ticker symbol. It says "Get Quotes" to the left of the box. If I type in a symbol like IBM and click on the "Go" button, I get a page for IBM. Just underneath the stockbroker ads, there's a label that says "NEW Streaming Quotes:" with a drop-down that says "Off."  When I click on this, I get a list with 3 choices. The last one says "Turn off".  The first & second choices both turn on streaming quotes. One has a colored (and maybe blinking) background, and the other doesn't.
