How do I turned newspaper, cardboard, sticks, and wood into dust?

Wood chippers and the lawnmower doesn't make the bits small enough

lol well with the newspaper you can put it in the blender with some water and I'm not sure about the wood you can probably just put in through the wood chipper and throw it in the compost it decomposes pretty fast!

the newspaper and cardboard could be soaked to break down the glue holding then together. agitate the mixture to help the process. the wood can be sanded but holy cow what a project. and the sticks who knows. why?

I would help if you would state your objective.  So we can help answer.  I doubt there is one answer or all the things your working with.  Do remember that DUST is explosive and can be ignited by spark or flame.
