At present, unfortunately, this cannot be done.

For future reference, however, try to bear in mind that it takes a couple seconds for flags and ratings and such to fully propagate. If a click-mistake is made, AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, click your browser's BACK button and then you may return to the question/answer. If you were quick enough, you'll see that your erroneous click was not recorded and you'll get a do-over.
