  1. You must have had the washing machine for quite some time, unless you have something that is stuck down there.  You could try taking the washing machine apart to get to the draining hole.  You have to take out that rotating piece and the base to get to the bottom.  After that, you should be able to find what ever is clogging your machine.  If that doesn't work, I'd suggest you to call a repairman

  2. You know, my friend was in a similar situation as you a couple of months ago.  I asked her what she did and she told me she found a couple of forums on this, but in the end she used this video as her reference.  Let me link you, and tell me if it helps!  She told me its a couple of bucks for the video, but she saved more money than having a repairman fix it.

  3. It sounds like the lint trap/filter may be clogged and needs to be cleaned or replaced. I would imagine you've had the machine for a few years. If you are handy with tools and making repairs, I would recommend purchasing a repair manual for the model machine or possibly looking up the information on the Internet. If the filter has to be replaced you will want to have the part number handy. If you go the do-it-yourself route, it will involve several hours.

If you are not able to do this, the best thing to do is to call a repairman unless you want to purchase a new machine.
