  1. I had exactly the same problem with my PC Tools anti virus. I contacted PC Tools and they sent me instructions for deletion from the registry whilst in safe mode, however make a mistake and you could be in a world of pain. I eventually paid out 60 euro to get a professional to do it on the basis that if there was a s***w up it would be his responsibility.

  2. Try RevoUninstaller, it also removes entries with no installer:

    http://www.download.com/Revo-Uninstaller...

It's faster and better than add / remove applet.

When you run it highlight the item then select uninstall in next window select Advanced and click Next, follow prompts when uninstalled it will scan registry and drive for leftover files / folders, tick ONLY the bold items and follow prompts.

Clean your Registry thoroughly with Eusing Free Registry Cleaner:

    http://www.download.com/Eusing-Free-Regi...

allows you to safely clean and repair registry problems with a few simple mouse clicks. It creates a backup before cleaning.

  3. if that didn't work try to install it again then do the same thing  to uninstall it if that didn't work as well you just have to delete the files
