  1. Looks like a barrel nut to me and the other part is not there that slides over it and then a s***w tightens it.

  2. I am guessing that there is a bolt that was slid in from the right side or other side of that frame. If that is the case, grab a pair of pliers and hold onto that nut I see in the picture to hold it still then grab another pair of pliers  and start turning the bolt counter clockwise till it is loose enough for you to unscrew by hand and pull it right out.

  3. That's a 'knock down' connector, aka MDF connector.

I'd recommend a large flat bladed screwdriver.  Slip the end into the slot, and 'swing' the screwdriver, counter clockwise to the bolt.  You don't 'twist' the screwdriver, you're actually using it like a lever.  The motion will be much like that of a door on hinges, or a jack handle.  You'll find that as you 'swing' the screwdriver as far as it will go, then the other slot will become accessible, remove the screwdriver, and insert it into the now accessible slot.  If that photo is shown correctly, top side up, with the bolt entering from the right, then you will need to swing the screwdriver handle 'up' to loosen the bolt.  (The longer the screwdriver you can use, the more leverage you will have, making it easier to loosen the bolt).

  4. need a better description. most bed frames are made with a regular nut and bolt or a bolt with an hex head

  5. y'gotta give us some help and make it look like a s***w.

Maybe take a picture that shows what you have as well as the s***w. The pic you have is ambiguous.
