How do I unsubcribe to Ssusersyahoogroups.com?

I get countless emails from the group that sometimes just loads my yahoo mail to no end.

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column Leave Group, check that small box - click save changes

2. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])
