How do I unsubscribe to scrabble group?

Question

I subscribed to a scrabble group and epilepsy group. How do I un-subscribe to both? I'm having a lot of difficulty in doing this.

If it's a Yahoo group: Go to the group's site, click on edit membership along the top. In the next window scroll down and tick leave group Click save changes and you should be out. It may take a day to take effect

Unsubscribe emails sometimes take forever to get you out of a group. This will work faster: sign into the group, click "edit membership" at the top of page. Click "leave group" at the bottom right. Confirm on the next page. That should lead to instant unsubscription. It might take another day or so to also get no more messages from the group.

usually at the very bottom of an email received by a group there is an "unsubscribe" tab to click.

I had trouble unsubscribing to  a group one time despite clicking on "unsubscribe" so I sent reply emails threatening to expose inattention to my request publicly, i.e., a blog, etc.-- the moderator was very, very quick to help me unsubscribe.
