How do I unsubscribe to yahoo a specific yahoo group.?

I currently subscribe to [e-mail] and [e-mail]. They are overloading my mailbox and i just moved to Albuquerque, NM and would like to sign up for AlbuquerqueFreecycle only. Thanx

Go to the group's  site, click on edit membership along the top.  In the next window scroll down and tick leave group Click save changes and you should be out.  It may take a day to take effect
