  1. Go to Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services and turn Wireless Zero back on.  (Microsoft finally got one better than Linksys.)  See whether the Microsoft program can find and use the driver you most likely already installed.

If not, force the computer to install the driver on the CD, even if it's the same one that's already installed (the installed file might have gotten damaged).

Windows Zero sometimes works when Linksys' program fails.

Oh - you did go into your connections and make sure that the wireless connection isn't disabled, right?  (Sorry if it's a stupid question, but even after a few decades of doing this I sometimes miss obvious things.)

  2. Re-install the Linksys driver and then once you install it and it tells you that you need to update your driver. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > System (might be under security) > then click on the "Hardware Tab" > Device Manager,  and then look for your driver in there. Might be under where there are Yellow Question marks. Right click on whatever one you think it is and click on Update Driver. See where that gets you.
