I think you can just go to www.apple.com and look for the download. or plug your iPhone in and it click update......it should have already done it though a LONG time ago....good luck

first thing you want to check is the version of itunes you have installed on your computer; the current version is 7.7 if you do not have this version go to itunes.com and update your itunes.

Afterwards plug in your iphone and check for updates.

sometimes you just need the lastest version of itunes.
