How do I update "my music" on a new computer to include the subscription songs on a previous computer?

I bought a new computer. I have already licsenced it. When I signed in the first time only 10 albums of 500 showed up in my music and no more have shown up. How do I update my music on the new computer to include the subscription (rented) tracks and artists from old one?
