How do I upgrade CC on my scooter?

I'm moving to Alabama, and to maintain road legal status with my 49cc Yamaha Zuma II (1999), I need to be at least 50cc. Is there an easy way to squeeze out an extra cc?

you cant, its the size of the engine, you can install perormance parts but y, just buy a new scooter. the are dirt cheap
