You could go to Network Update in the PSP menu, under settings I think. You need a wireless connection to connect to, and if it is wep/wpa know the code. If it does not have a code you can connect. You go to network update and follow the instructions from there. You can also go to us.playstation.com and ask there, or look around the site for the info you are looking for.
