gotta do it on 360

1.) Go on http://360.yahoo.com

2.) On top of you avatar, it says EDIT PERSONAL PHOTOS

3.) Click EDIT PERSONAL PHOTOS

4.) Scroll down a little

5.) Click on BROWSE

6.) Choose a photo from your file (you can add like 3 pics. on there)

7.) Click SAVE

8.) FINISHED!!

If you want a photo/picture as your avatar

you need to make a yahoo 360 page upload the

jpg picture you want as your default then go

to yahoo mail>my profile>edit my info then click

use my 360 picture>preview then OK
