How do I upload a picture from my documents on the internet?

I have never done this before but how do I upload a picture from my documents on the internet and put it in 'Photobucket' ?

I have seen others doing it and I would like to try it.

The web site will give you the opportunity to brows you hard drive. Just click on pictures or were ever your pictures are saved and click open at the bottom of the box.
