  1. Please upload your video clip to free video sharing website such as Youtube.com, dailymotion.com. When the uploading process is over, you will get a code like

    <embed width="350" height ="425"....> </embed>

    To insert the code into your blog, Compose a New Entry, then click on box "HTML code" to activate the HTML code window of your blog entry. You can paste the embed code to that window.

    You may want to preview the entry to see the video is inserted.
