How do I upload a video to youtube from windows movie maker? ?

it says i must export to .wmv file but cant find where to do that anywhere in windows movie maker. thank you

You have to open this file in WMM and save the movie to your computer: Go Finish Movie > Save to my computer. After that you will have a WMV file which can be converted to a format iTunes can accept.

I'm guessing you went to File> Save as... DON'T DO THAT! You will only get a MSWMM file, which isn't a movie file, but the WMM Project file.

Instead, go to the task bar on the left and under the heading Finish Movie, choose save to computer. From there just choose whatever format you need.

Go to Movie Tasks bar > Finish Movie > Save to my computer, then you save your file in WMV format.  to upload it to youtube, you need to convert it to flv format as youtube spport flv format. you can use Nidesoft video converter to convert it to flv format.
