How do I upload photo to siloette in Friends box on right in 360?

Siloette has name of friend but (no photo)

Brook has to have a photo on her own 360 page before it will show up on your 360 page. (If you go to her page, you will see she has no profile photo there either.) When, and if she does, it will automatically show up on your 360.

Some people either don't know how to upload photo's onto their page--or they aren't interested.

If your friend had a picture before and it is no longer there, email them and find out if everything is okay and if they are still active on 360. Also, if she never had a photo there, email and ask if you can help her learn how. (Do it in a nice way though. ;-)
