u can, but it sucks.. go to yahoo.com on ur phone ('go to url' link)

and the homepage comes up. then click on sign on and click on photos when you have photo open, u click 'save to mobile'

better way:::

save that picture you want onto ur computer. upload it on http://tinypic.com/ and on ur phone go to "go to url' and type the url of the picture. (rite click starts with http:) it will automatically start downloading and u can do it even with pic you find on the web.
