If it's a motorola you need software, motorola tools.

go to your local phone shop there can sell you a usb cable and a program disk or get a usb blue tooth .I would go for the first option

It depends upon what kind of phone you have.

Some phones usually include USB cable that you attach to your computer. If you did not get one then get one, its very useful.

OR you must get a cable and software with your phone.

Connect your phone to your computer, and go to "my computer", It will show your phone in a different drive or in something like"Removable disk". Go inside the phone's folder, start copying your pictures and videos and paste it to your computer.
