How do I upload pictures of 10 MB in size to yahoo stores?

What are my best options to enhance brightness, crop, change the contrast, and optimize the picture?

First resize the picture, open it using Ms-paint.

On the top of the window, click on "File" and click on "Save as", Before you hit the save button,  choose JPEG format for the picture on "Save type as", and hit the save button,

It will automatically reduce the size of the picture.
