How do I upload videos from my everio camcorder to bebo?

I have a everio GZ-MG130EK camcorder and I have been trying to upload my holiday videos onto bebo but it says that it does not support the software and I have to re-encode it. How do I do that?

JVC produce a file in the .TOD format

Very few programmes recognise this file type, however, with your camcorder you should have received the Cyberlink PowerPorducer software. Open the programme and import the files. The software will tell you that it's converting the files (they are by default saved into the same folder as the original files).

The conversion that takes place converts the files to the file extension .mpg which is a commonly recognised file type and should allow you to upload them.
