How do I upload videos to an adult site?

I am working for someone who needs me to upload videos weekly to their server. I have dreamweaver and upload changes and videos to site with all of their stuff saved on a usb drive and changed and reloaded. I am sure there's a different way like maybe through web hosting or their actual site, but I'm new at this. How do I upload videos to an existing adult site weekly without disturbing the content on it and going where it's supposed without wasting any time? This will help me a lot thanks! And what should I be charging for 5 or 6 videos weekly?
