  1. You can get Borage oil in capsule form for PMS and you can also try using Primrose oil in capsule form  and Hempseed oil capsules for the PMS symptom relief.

Borage oil contains about 20 to 24% GLA requirements, Primrose contains about 14 % GLA, and Hempseed contains between 2 & 4.5% GLA.  Therefor, Borage oil seems to be the best solution for PMS problems.

  2. I love Borage oil! You ingest in in a softgel capsule form. Usually 1-4 softgels a day. There also studies showing it helps you keep weight off.

For m it definitely gives me an energy boost. I also take Omega 3s(fish oil) for balance.

  3. May I suggest what I have been taking for well over a year now and it works so well.

Emerita- natural projesterone cream and you just rub it into your thighs.

I was having horrible- doubled over in bathroom cramps, night sweats, anxiety, PMS really bad and this has taken care of all of that. No more worries.

I usually don't promote things, but this is one thing I take that knows it works for me. I am taking it on the advice of my OB-Gynecologist. I am almost 39 and going thru Perimenopause though it is good for those with just PMS symptoms.
