How do I use a web cam?

I have a logictech web cam on my pc. I can take pictures but not record video. How can I record video. It only pops up as "take picture"?

Open up the little box that has the picture of the little guy and the film behind it. Click Record Video and it will take your out of video view. Make sure on the Desk Webcam options that the little web cam picture at the bottom isn't blocked off. Also make sure that you have the web cam settings on in the Option button (the button with the metal turn things). Any more question? Then email me.
