How do I use an eyebrow pencil?

I have never used an eyebrow pencil before. I got one because there is a small gap in my eyebrow and I want it to look better. How do I do my eyebrows and still look natural?

I prefer to use brow powder on my eyebrows. It looks a lot less harsh, and blends a LOT better. Just apply it where ever the gap is, and blend it in w/ the rest of your eyebrow. Maybe you should try that instead of a pencil. I always found it faster and easier.
