  1. Eggs do not thicken any type of sauce.  Try mixing tapioca flour with water, then pour it into the pan.  The sauce will thicken up as soon as it boils.


  2. Bring the lime sauce to a boil, add a small amout of the liquid to 2 eggs that have been beaten in a small dish. Slowly add the egg/sauce mixture into the pot. If you do it too, quickly, you'll have scrambled eggs.
