How do I use my main profile for a group profile?

I wanted to use my amateur radio call sign for my profile name, but I get an error that it can't be used. I also can't use my 360 profile name. I'm very frustrated with how this works. What am I doing wrong?

The most likely reason why you cant get the name you desire is that someone else has already taken it.

Just because you have a license ham call , it doesn't mean that someone else cant use it as their screen name.
