How do I use my mono amp and 4 channel amp together?

My head unit has 2 sets of outputs, front and rear, right and left. If those are hooked up to the 4 channel amp, what gets connected to the mono amp? I only have those 2 sets of outputs on the head unit.

  1. You could run the front outputs to the 4 channel amp. This would allow you to control the front sound through the 4 channel and then run the rear outputs into the mono and power a sub. You might want to bring the left and right leads together prior to the amp.

A second way would be to split the leads on the rear outputs to create 2 sets of rear leads and run the second set into the mono amp for the sub(s).

    There are alot of options
