How do I use my recovery Drive???

Question

ok... i am a bit confused... Ive been searching on the net to find a way to get my computer back to factory- status. All of the places i go to say that if i have a recovery drive then i can use it to do it. I am utterly confused... I have an Emachines W3118 computer and its riddled with viruses and such. I do not havea recovery disk or an OS disk... Can anyone help me figure this out??

You may have a partition on your harddrive with the originial installation.  check that..otherwise.... you are bumming.  Try running AVG and AdAware to get rid of what you got.
