Question:

How do I use my watch???

I have recently recieved a used watch as a gift, that I had previously admired...It it a Tissot PRC 200...I know how to set the time and date, but there are two othe buttons and two dails that I have no idea what they are for or how to use them...Can you please help me solve this mystery
