  2. Your question is not clear,how do you solve for c since it is

    not an equation nor an inequality ? Please check it.

  3. write it as (sqrt(a)x)^2 + 2(b/2)y+c

    so second term is 2AB first is A^2 and last is B^2

    A=sqrt(a)x

    B=sqrt(c)

    AB=(b/2)y=sqrt(a)x X sqrt(c)

    so c is [(b/2)y/(sqrt(a)x)]^2
