How do I verify a credit card on my website?

I don't have to take payment. I need a way to verify that the information entered into my website matches the credit card. Then I need to pass it along in an email to a third party.

You can't, only if you have authorization from the client and contract with a credit you can do this, otherwise this is a very confidential information. Good Luck!
