Seriously  - I wouldn't take a chance in the UAE

They are blocked because the Authorities there deem them unsuitable. Right or wrong it doesn't matter, it's their country so you've got to put up or move on. There are ways around it but trust me you don't wanna p**s the locals off where you are, they can ruin your day big time. If you're a local. Try setting up a pro democracy movement and when you've achieved your objective you can view what you like!
