How do I view my computer's search engine history?

What do I have to do, to view previous websites that I went to on my browser?

on my computer there is a little thing that says "favorites center" and you go into that and on the top there is a button that says history

You can use the drop down arrow for the address bar and that will bring up most recently visited sites.  Also, if you go to Tools, Internet Options then the Privacy tab, there is a button marked Sites.  Click on that and it should give you a list of sites you have been to.
