How do I view my hd channel, says it's scrambled or not running?

  1. What provider do you have, cable or satellite?  Please elaborate.

    Also if you are not subscribed to the right package the provider will scramble it and not get you reception, depending on your provider HD channels may be a seperate package.

    Last but not least, is it your TV or Set-top box saying it's not running?  You want to make sure you have an HDTV to watch HDTV :)
