How do I view my parents E-Mail used for an X-box 360live subscription?(w/out the account showing on the xbox)

I got a new 360 Elite and I want to use my E-mail, but I used it on another friends X-box 360. They deleted my Profile and the only way I can change my E-mail from that acc, to my new one is to know my parents E-Mail used. Can someone please, help me!

You can not view your parents E-mail. No more then  you can view mine.
