I have my IP address and can access my files through my FTP client, but how do I view these pages in my browser? When I try to navigate with my IP address:for example: http://99.99.99.99/public_html/domain/index.php it doesn't work. Long story as to why I need to view my page like this for the next 12 hours.

  1. You need a webserver, Apache is the most popular, Google it. Be sure to configure access controls or everyone on the planet will also have access to your files.

  2. FTP uses a different port number, I think 21.  Do you have a web server installed?  If not, try Apache, it's free.  And if you do have one installed, you need to forward port 80 on your router to your server.  Port 80 is used for http requests.  Also make sure your server has a static IP.  (that becomes obvious when you try to foward ports).
